1. No Replacement/Exchange: Toric lenses and open-box contact lenses are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
2. Ownership of Goods: All goods remain the property of Vijaey Opticians until all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
3. Offer Restrictions: This offer cannot be combined with other existing offers from participating parties.
4. Breakage Policy: In the event of reported breakage, a new frame may be selected from the same product line. The new frame’s shape must accommodate the existing lenses.
5. Dispute Resolution: The decision of Vijaey Opticians shall be final and binding in case of any disputes.
